Overview
Development of a new self storage site
Phil, MD of Norbreck Self Storage, approached us at the Self Storage UK Conference 2023. We discussed the new site he had acquired, which was a former pig farm and his plans to redevelop it into a new self storage site. We agreed to arrange a meeting on site where we could complete a site survey and advise on the CCTV requirements.
The Solution
Initial CCTV install at access points
At our site meeting we were shown around the existing pig farm and were given the vision for the site and its layout. We agreed an initial install on all access points to the site to give full surveillance of who was entering and exiting the site. A second phase of installation will take place once the site has been developed into the self storage site.
