Simon and Drew from Active CCTV installed the CCTV system for my drive-up self storage site in Eastleigh - easyStorage - and they did a fantastic job! The layout of my site was slightly different to what they were expecting, but they worked on the fly with Andy and Adrian (remotely) to make sure my site had the coverage it needs to be secure. Everything looks extremely neat & tidy & safe and they made sure that I was all set up with what I needed to be able to monitor my site remotely. They even kindly installed a few signs for me with their tools, which they didn't have to do - excellent customer service! Very professional and great communication from all of the team at Active CCTV.Posted on Google

Waqar Abbas1511 days agoCalled Adrian a Couple of weeks back and he told me that he could send someone out Beginning of September but as he was so nice and polite on the phone, even giving me some quick advice that might work for my cameras. This I found to be a great level of customer service and support and so I decided to wait and sure enough on the 1st September Adrian text me to confirm the appointment. Matt and his colleague (sorry didn’t get a name) came out this morning and they sorted everything out properly. I showed Matt the cables which were all tangled behind the unit, to which he did say this is a challenge but he wanted to crack on with it and he surely did! He said he had to do it properly. This was great to see as nowadays not many companies have such great level of customer care and concern. Thank You both Adrian and Matt and the other lad who came out. You done a great job and look forward to some business with yourselves in the future! Keep up the Good Work! ThankYou so so Much!Posted on Google
