Meeting arranged within two hours
A potential client was in urgent need of CCTV installing at their warehouse, we quickly arranged to be on their site within 2 hours to access the situation and advise on a solution.
On meeting the owner was extremely concerned about getting a new CCTV system installed into a new warehouse they had just taken ownership of. The time frame was extremely tight with goods arriving in the first week of December.
The Solution
Providing the coverage they needed
Between us, we were able to come up with a solution that he was happy with and one that would provide the business with the coverage they needed. The written proposal was with the business by lunchtime the following day and last Friday they were able to give me a verbal authorisation.
A few quick phone calls and a re-jigging of our installation diary meant that we were able to have 2 engineers on-site for the last 3 days to make sure that his new building security was going to be ready for when the stock arrives next week.
