We are a caravan park where security and piece of mind for our customers is important to us, the CCTV and ANPR cameras also reduce the insurance premiums for ourselves and our customers. Active CCTV were very professional, arrived when they said they would, were clean workers and their price was very competitive. I am having them back to fit more cameras and fix other old cameras and feel confident they will do a good job.

Active CCTV installed the security cameras at my work. I can't recommend the team and Adrian enough! Friendly, smart, punctual and most of all an excellent service - the cameras are top quality and can be viewed remotely from all staff member's phones. Adrian and his team were fantastic from start to finish! Adrian came to the premises the day after the initial contact, The day Adrian came to quote us he was very thorough and listened to everything we wanted, quote was very well detailed and included everything we needed to know! Once we agreed for the job to go ahead Adrian managed to get us fitted in for the install within a couple of weeks, it was a big job with 16 new cameras to be installed and new wiring to replace our current system. The day of the install the team were very efficient, left no mess, they did not stop to get the job done! Would recommended for anyone looking to have new system fitted or upgrading there current! Called Adrian a Couple of weeks back and he told me that he could send someone out Beginning of September but as he was so nice and polite on the phone, even giving me some quick advice that might work for my cameras. This I found to be a great level of customer service and support and so I decided to wait and sure enough on the 1st September Adrian text me to confirm the appointment.Matt and his colleague (sorry didn’t get a name) came out this morning and they sorted everything out properly. I showed Matt the cables which were all tangled behind the unit, to which he did say this is a challenge but he wanted to crack on with it and he surely did! He said he had to do it properly. This was great to see as nowadays not many companies have such great level of customer care and concern. Thank You both Adrian and Matt and the other lad who came out. Highly professional company who go above and beyond. We had 5 sites kitted out with Hik-vision CCTV systems at a competitive rate.Not 24hrs after the system was installed our largest site was broken into. The new system alerted me to the fact there was someone present on site and automatically sent me a screen shot.After reviewing the footage we was able to get a clear still image of the suspect to pass onto the police.Big thank you to Adrian and the TeamHighly recommended!

Brilliant service from start to finish! Adrian visited our premises and assessed and discussed with us what was needed. He quickly ordered the equipment and arranged for it to be delivered because we were working to a tight deadline. Having contacted Adrian on a Saturday morning (was surprised he answered) to discuss our CCTV requirements he responded with a visit to the bakery the following Tuesday to go over the project. I was given a quote and an installation date by the end of the week which I was happy to accept. The two engineers who turned up were smart and professional and completed the job to a very high standard. I will be using Active CCTV going forward for all our sites and yearly upgrades when needed, it was a great job by the lads by a top professional company.

Just had my system fitted by Active CCTV and Surveillance, I couldn't be happier!I did a lot of research for pricing and quality of product, they came out on top by a long way.The survey was very professional, and fitting was quick, clean and fuss free. The fitters even tidied up my sky cable as it wasn't done well by Sky. And, the system is very simple and intuitive to use, which is important as I'm not tech minded.I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to get top quality CCTV at a great price.Thanks guys!
